Our rooms are designed with luxury and comfort. The Elevated Estate Retreat has undergone an extensive remodel, and every room has been beautifully furnished with new high-end amenities.

Personal Care

Our support staff provides daily services for each resident, including providing required medication reminders and water, daily cleaning of each resident's bedroom and bathroom, daily laundry, stocking and re-stocking all bedroom amenities, cooking meals per menus and recipes, serving meals, and much more.
Our Support Caregivers are CPR certified and provide our residents with the highest quality that we believe is better than certified care. We go above and beyond to help individuals and their loved ones who visit with exceptional care so that they can live in a peaceful and loving environment that they will enjoy.
Our 1-3 ratio will ensure that our residents receive ongoing care and support to meet or exceed their needs. Our caregivers receive 40 hours of initial training and participate in monthly hour-long training to ensure they provide our clients with an unparalleled level of care.
Duties, tasks, and responsibilities of our support caregivers include
- Providing clients with required medicines reminders and water
- Daily cleaning of each client's bedroom and bathroom
- Daily laundry or more as required
- Stocking and re-stocking all bedroom amenities, including, as requested, water, coffee, tea, towels, hangers, and any basic needs
- Cooking meals per the menus and recipes with resident input
- Serving meals
- Kitchen clean-up
- Sweeping and mopping
- Wellness checks every 15 – 30 minutes, depending on the client's needs
- Assistance with daily dressing for meals and other activities
- Prepping for implementing daily activities depending upon the needs of the clients
- All furniture is dusted and polished weekly or more as needed
- Beds made daily/rooms cleaned daily
